So I'm going on a toxin free diet

Lately I've realized that all my medical problems relate to stress and toxins in my food and products. End goal - toxin free. So far I have a natural bristle toothbrush and chlorine free toilet paper. Its weird, but my mouth feels better when I brush with the natural bristles. My gums used to get irritated and bleed and I already notice that happening less! I've only had it one week too. I apparently got the wrong toothpaste though. My sister sent me some scary info on fluorine that I will post another time.
